This is a fluoropolymer tube with excellent barrier properties. The inner layer uses fluoropolymer PFA, while the outer layer employs barrier fluoropolymer, resulting in a reliable two-layer structure thanks to Junko's precision multilayer molding technology. The inner layer in contact with the fluid is made of semiconductor-grade PFA, providing high fundamental characteristics (purity, chemical resistance, non-stick properties, heat resistance) suitable for semiconductor piping applications. The barrier fluoropolymer excels in resistance to acids (such as hydrochloric acid and nitric acid) and ammonia, effectively reducing acid permeation compared to conventional PFA tube piping, particularly in hydrochloric acid lines, which are prone to issues in semiconductor manufacturing processes, thereby minimizing adverse effects on surrounding equipment. Additionally, it maintains particle transparency over the long term. The mechanical properties are equivalent to those of conventional PFA tubes.
